Brian T. O'Neill Jr., Esq.
Brian T. O'Neill, Jr. is a graduate of Boston College and Suffolk University Law School, he has been practicing and specializing in Immigration Law since 1993. He represents both corporate and individual clients before the U.S. Immigration Service at the various USCIS Service Centers across the country and at the local District Offices in Boston, Hartford and Providence. Brian Jr. also practices before the Executive Office of Immigration Review handling litigation issues that relate to clients who have been deemed inadmissible or deportable by the U.S. Immigration Service.

Brian Jr. began his legal career working with the Anti-Trust Division for the Office of the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for 5 years. He served in the administrations of James Shannon and Scott Harsbarger. He then moved to the Massachusetts Appeals Court where he was a clerk for the Honorable Judge Charlotte Perretta.

He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the New England Chapter of AILA, serves as a Private Attorney Bar Advocate for the Committee for Public Council Services in Bristol County, Massachusetts, and serves on various Boston College Fund Raising Committees.
