Since 1992 Brian T. O’Neill JR has been dedicated to navigating the complexities of Immigration Law for individuals and businesses. The Immigration Laws and regulations are subject to frequent change in today’s immigration environment, particularly when you are an individual seeking a status in the USA or a business seeking to employ and sponsor a foreign national worker. Brian T. O’Neill JR can draw from his years of experience and specialized knowledge in the field of Immigration.
Brian T. O'Neill, Jr. is a graduate of Boston College and Suffolk University Law School. He represents both corporate and individual clients before the U.S. Immigration Service at the various USCIS Service Centers across the country and at the local District Offices throughout New England. Brian Jr. also practices before the Executive Office of Immigration Review handling litigation issues that relate to clients who have been deemed inadmissible or deportable by the U.S. Immigration Service.
Brian Jr. began his legal career working with the Anti-Trust Division for the Office of the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for 5 years. He served in the administrations of James Shannon and Scott Harsbarger. He then moved to the Massachusetts Appeals Court where he was a clerk for the Honorable Judge Charlotte Perretta.
He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the New England Chapter of AILA, former Congressional Liaison to National and Local congressional offices, serves as a Private Attorney Bar Advocate for the Committee for Public Council Services in Bristol County, Massachusetts, and serves on various Boston College Fund Raising Committees, as well as local community boards including the zoning board of appeals.

Thank you once again for making the green card a reality…the work of Brian Jr and the team are phenomenal!
