Jim O'Neill is a graduate of Merrimack College and the Massachusetts School of Law. He has been practicing law since 2006. Jim worked in the Financial Services Industry at State Street Bank beginning in 1996 prior to entering the practice of law. While in Law School he interned with the Massachusetts Securities Division at the Secretary of State's Office. He has joined the Law Office of Brian T. O'Neill in 2006 and has worked on H-1 visa petitions and alien labor certifications under employment based immigration.
