Mary Ellen Ryan is a graduate of Boston College and Suffolk University Law School. She has been practicing law since 1970 and has been specializing in the practice of Immigration Law since 1987.
Mary worked in the Clerk Magistrates Office of the Brighton District Court for 30 years. 17 of those years were spent as the Assistant Clerk Magistrate. Mary brings with her an extensive background on the inner workings of the Massachusetts Trial Court System.
Mary works on cases that deal with all of the different visa categories such as the H visas for temporary workers, O visas for persons of extraordinary ability and National Interest Waivers to name a few. Mary also works on Alien Labor Certification, Green Cards and Citizenship cases.
